About Us
Lakeshore Gardens is located at 7201 Avenida Encinas in the City of Carlsbad, North San Diego County, California. We are 384 homes in a gated community, nestled in a 54 acre park with 10 freshwater lakes, expansive greenbelts and a wide variety of mature trees, shrubs and personal gardens. This is not a resident owned park. Spaces are rented. The park is owned by Lakeshore Gardens Property LP, which includes members of the Charles Bronson family estate. The property is managed by Birtcher Anderson and Davis. The phone number for the local management office is 760-438-4069.
Our Clubhouse
The Sunset Room and Fireside Lounge/meeting rooms provide relaxing, beautifully decorated, functional spaces.
Five flat screen televisions have been installed for state of the art entertainment and communication.
The Billiard Room provides tables and opportunities for great games.
There is free resident WiFi throughout the clubhouse facilities.

Developed as a Planned Community, Carlsbad has many sidewalks, hiking trails, bike paths and beautiful parks with unlimited recreational opportunities. The City of Carlsbad has a Cultural Arts Center, public sculpture garden and two large libraries, one of which offers extensive tools for Genealogy research. Our downtown village is filled with quaint boutiques, art galleries, antique shops, sidewalk cafes, historic buildings and free parking. We are a few minutes walk from Historic Highway 101, South Carlsbad State Beach and the Pacific Ocean. Everything is easily accessible by public transportation. And there is an exclusive shopping center steps away from our front gate with many restaurants, a Ralph's Supermarket, Rite Aid drugstore, Ace Hardware store, professional services and much more.

Mission Statement
Our Social Activities Committee and LSG Residents Association promote the welfare and well being of our senior residents by sponsoring social functions, providing health and educational seminars and a variety of exercise programs. We encourage participation in our Community Neighborhood Watch. There are also numerous recreational and cultural activities available at other conveniently located local venues.
